I dont mean to harp on the new deputies......we all start new at somepoint, BUT DAMN!! I do not understand why my county hired 2 new guys who barely speek english! The county gives them comupters in their cars so they can run DLs and LPs but these FNGs continue to ask us to run them?!?!?! I know I know.....your thinking, what if the deputy is outside his car. Understandable.....but its kinda funny when I can hear his car radio on 104 KRBE. That must mean he is in his car. Its always on the same channel every traffic stop so I dont think its the suspects vehical. I can understand if the guy has warrants and wants us to confirm, but all night i have been running people with NO WARRANTS NO HISTORY OF ANY KIND. USE YOUR FUCKING COMPUTER!  I dont mean to harp too much on these guys, but it just seems that tonite is really getting under my skin.....thankfully today is my saturday starting at 0630. I understand this will probably get a flame started, and yes I do understand I was/am still a FNG, but for christ sake, just out of FTO your should be able to run people in YOUR car using the computer the county gave YOU!
