| If a felon fills out a 4473 and marks the convicted felon box the ffl calls it in to the FBI like a normal transaction. The 4473 obviously gets delayed ,the FFL realises that the felon box is checked and calls back to the FBI telling them about the box being checked...who gets in trouble? |

The felon didn't commit perjury, and the FFL didn't transfer the gun. |
