Hello,

Can anyone recommend a MS Exchange hosting company.  I host my company website with a company and they have good service; price, support, speed, antivirus and spam filtering etc.  I would like to take advantage of the group calendars, contact folders and remote access to ALL stored email so i thing I need to run an Exchange server but I don't want to administer it.  If you know of any sources let me know.

Thanks,

no sane person would do that. running rpc over the internet is like leaving your front door wide open 24/7.

What is RPC?

I am running\hosting\colocating a similar situation right now for a small company.  The catch is, 99% of the people use OWA (Outlook Web Client) if they want the group calandar features or just standard pop/smtp if just using mail, and the very few (<10)that do use Outlook over RCP are forced to VPN in.

I agree, RPC exposed to the internet is suicide.

Roptics:
RPC is Remote Proceedure Call.  It's a protocol that Microsoft loves to run all kinds of things over, which coincidently theres also a new bufferoverflow/virus for every week.
