for a few seconds I was downloading at 76500kb. How in the hell was this possible. It was wonderful. And the file downloaded with out any problems.

Im on a simple cable modem here, usually see around 600-700kb

during the time that you told the computer where you wanted to store the file and what name to give it, the computer was busy cacheing the file in the background.  the ultra fast speed was just the counter catching up to what had already been cached.

It was a a 600mb movie off of starz.real.com And it wasnt streaming, it completely downloaded at that speed. It was freaking awesome, now I am all sad
