| I recently had an engine replaced in my 01 Expedition. The new motor (rebuilt 5.4L) seems to behave weirdly. Some times she drives smooth as butter and other times she accelerates and sound like a 18 wheeler. For the life of me I cannot figure this out. When the new motor was installed they installed new mounts, water pump, belt tensioner & pulley, and Fan clutch. The new motor is a super duty with the correct oil pan for my application. |
