After reading some of the release, it would appear that the 5th Circuit reguritated everything that US v. Miller said.  With the exception of clarifying who 'the people' is.  I think the court, as we all know, realized that US v. Miller is an incomplete decision.  It is incomplete becaue the SC in 1939 didn't cite ANY quotes or information from the Founding Fathers and dicuss their intent in writing the 2nd Amendment and of course Miller was not even represented at the trial!  The 5th Circuit, unwilling to break new ground, merely took the easy way out.  In truth, the Supreme Court must Clarify what the US v. Miller meant, and that may or may not ever happen.
