| I'm in the market for a set of electronic ear muffs. I'd like something with decent quality but inexpensive. My head is not to big so it would need to fit comfortably. What would you suggest? |

The old standby.. Howard Leight Impact Sport Those seem to fit the bill for inexpensive. Do the fit well? I have about 5 pair that have been used by a ton a people. Never heard anyone complain. One note, if you sweat in them make sure to wipe the pads off before putting them away. They get nasty and will stick together. |

Never had any issues with pistols (even obnoxious Open guns). |

+1 Howard Leight Impact Pro - "double plug" for SBR's or anything real loud (soft inner plugs). I have worn them hunting - you can hear ambient noise better. I will say they sometimes pick very odd noises to amplify! ![]() That they do occasionally. |
