Just a couple miles from MadMatt Manor. Only a 4.6 though, no apparent damage.

I felt it over here in LA just a tad bit, couldn't really tell if it was a tremor or not.

MadMatt, you're in Yorba Linda? I grew up in West Covina and Covina and lived in Upland for a while before moving up north.

Here in Brea, woke up the family and cleared some bookshelves.

Yup, felt it to.  Apparantly (according to USGS) there was one at around 9:50 in the same area as well on Jan 2...

Nothing fell over, but it certainly was much louder than I expected, with the house creaking and such. I moved her just after Northridge, and felt a 5.1 aftershock, but I was pretty far away from that. This one felt like it was right under my house.

Remind me not to sleep on the living room floor during an earthquake. The sensation of the solid ground moving from side to side underneath your back is unnatural and displeasing. The dog and the cockatiel didn't appreciate it much either!
