I see that there is a number of self proclaimed computer guru's on AR15.COM so a little help please. I do on occasion need to send the same email to several recipients. I would like to protect each recipient’s email address and exclude it from the list. How do you do this in Outlook or Outlook Express? [banghead] Thanks for your help! |

Sending it as BCC would do the trick. Also, please edit out all the > >> >>> >>>>, before forwarding a message. A quick "Search and Replace All" will search for all > and replace them with nothing. Whooosh, all gone. Yes, you might have to do this in Notepad or Wordpad. Don't forget that spam filters might delete your mail because of the "Undisclosed Recipients" in the To: field. |
| like everyone said. use the BCC line. if you dont see it. (in outlook express) click create mail then click 'view' then 'show all headers'. it will will show the BCC line. just add your e-mail addresses there. i always use this. the spammers hate it because they cant gather e-mail addresses off of it.
