Go to Amazon and enter your phone number to download the Amazon Appstore: http://www.amazon.com/mobile-apps/b/ref=topnav_storetab_mas?ie=UTF8&node=2350149011
Download free app of the day everyday Profit Seriously Amazon has offered some of the instant classics (Angry Birds, Cut the Rope, Bejewelled 2) for free as well as some major applications including OfficeSuite and Quickoffice. Other applications: 1. If Google Voice isn't installed download it and set it up. Use it to manage your voicemail box and you get free visual voicemail, downloaded voicemails for free. PLus you get an alternate phone number to use for giving out to people you don;t want having your actual cell number. 2. I would purchase Seek Droid again, but I already got it free from Amazon. Great security and tracking application that allows you to locate lost phone, lock it and even remote wipe. From the web interface you can actually start all of the location tracking services and even see what numbers are being called. 3. Chrome to Phone –– An application that works with a Chrome Browser extension to send web pages to your phone. |

I like "GPS Tracker" by Life 360. It lets me see where others in my family list are located, either by Cell Tower, or by GPS. It can also send an "Here I am." message with GPS coordinates in the event of a car breakdown.
"Mp3 Dowloader" is slick, free. Doesn't get every single song by every artists, but you jsut type on the artist's name and download. "Kitco Spot" is easy to track gold and silver prices. "Sound Hound" is a fun way to impress your friends. Captures music from any source, then looks up title, artist and even live lyrics. "SPB TV" is nice to get some free over-the-air and cable live TV. "SunDroid" is a slick way to find out sunrise and sunset times. I like this for hunting. Let's me know when I need to be moving to the deer stand and when I can catch some extra ZZs "Google Translate" is pretty damn slick for translations. "Zedge" is a free way to download new ringtones, backgrounds and alert sounds. "My Fitness Pal" is a free way to track calorie intake per day. Pretty slick. Great food diary and you can even scan the barcode of the item you are eating and then just enter the number of servings. I've lost seven pounds in a month just by tracking my intake and staying under the calorie limit for 1-2lbs per week weight loss. TRG |

How do I download apps? From the Android Marketplace, or the Amazon App Store. Open your app drawer and scroll until you find a thing that says "Market." the Amazon thing is cool, they offer some paid app for free every day. Sometimes, they're pretty good ones. |
