My boss is making me listen to him practice electric guitar RIGHT NOW.
 Actually he's not that bad for a begginer, but he's not that great either!

I don't dictate a lot of policy in my house, but I refuse to listen to country, classical, opera or whiny chick bullshit music.
I've issued a general order that forbids any of that crappy music to be stored on any of my computers. She can put it on her own laptop if she wishes. I've engineered the sound system in my house to be just complicated enough for non tekkies to be unable to use it, and the policy remains in force 24/7. |

Yes, but then again I am the one who plays Flogging Molly or Dropkick Murphy's. She is more into Fleetwood Mac and this band from the UK Alisha's Attic.

My gf listens to a lot of pop rockish crap that annoys the hell out of me, but gets mad when she has to listen to my music... Guess she isn't much of a metal fan.

An ex g/f of mine was addicted to the Osmonds, especially Donny. Then she got obsessed with Clay Aiken, that really sucked! But she was a Mormon so the sex was worth it.

Yes.
She likes most of the music I like so thats not too bad, but she loves girl-rock, whine/ballads/screamo type stuff to, but I forgive her, she is a girl after all. That music is targeted towards her.
