I have watched this man speak many times.  It's obvious he isn't polished, but when he speaks no matter who you are people listen.  Whether he's reaching out to the "every man", expousing virtue and confidence, pushing for our exceptionalism to return.  Hell, even trolling the media is great.  Love or hate him I think I may have underrated this man.

Has he gotten everything right?  Hell no.  Not even close.  But he seems to be an extroardinarily hard worker and IS getting positive things done.  And the whole fucking swamp from libs, Republicans, media, etc have all tried to do everything in their power to make sure he fails.

I don't think there is a single person in this country that would fare as well.  With everybody fighting this man tooth and nail, he is still getting things done.  They've thrown everything including the kitchen sink at this man, and he comes out swinging and pushing forward to try and fulfill his promises.  All in a relatively short time frame.  He was mocked relentlessly as a buffoon, and nothing but a sideshow even since he decided to run.  This man continues to prove the naysayers wrong.

I simply don't believe that not only was he the best choice for the job, I now firmly believe he was the only man that could possibly fight the entire world.  Yes, I said world.  Nobody has been attacked like this man has.  Like his kids have.  Like his wife has.  Like his entire crew of family and friends have.

Nobody, including any former presidents, could do what this man has done, and continues to do.

ETA:. Like.. "oh, he hasn't done enough, or he hasn't done this, or hasn't done that".  I guess what I meant by underrated, is people don't realize just how good he is.  They may feel discouraged that he hasn't finished draining the swamp, hasn't fixed healthcare, or built the wall.  I say if you believe that you are selling him short.  I firmly believe nobody including any former President could take this fight on and win.  He is the only man that could do this.  (My opinion.)

We need another Reagan, but Trump is not him... But he was far better choice then Hillary or Bernie. Honestly, Trump has been better then I expected. I think he has been good overall, at everything but PR shit. But, I think all the media attacks from left controlled news agencies really make it a bumpy road for him.

Here's a little story for you. I am friends with someone who is a unit commander in 10th SFG based out of Ft. Carson.  The last time his unit was in Afghanistan, they got ambushed and were hugely outnumbered. Long story short, 3 were KIA and 1 was injured critically. When he was transferred to Walter Reed President Trump came and visited with him for the better part of 2 hours. Most people never even heard about that. Apparently a lot of the soldiers in the unit feel like the new president is an upgrade at the CIC position.

He recently got some backlash because he said "congratulations" to someone who received a purple heart. While It might not be the best choice of words, at least I feel he is sincere.

Trump is this amazing miracle-worker, single handedly holding the US together, doing all kinds of amazing things, but the standard answer to "How come he hasn't done [whatever campaign promise]" the answer is always "these things take time, give him a few more months, he's busy with this or that, etc." Which is it?

My personal view is that Trump hasn't done much of anything yet, and the people singing his praises are ignorant. So ignorant they're in an alternate universe where facts don't matter. So damn blinded by their own stupidity, they're singing the praises of a President who has yet to accomplish the first of his policy initiatives. So unaware of current events, they couldn't pick their congressman out of a police lineup of two.

I'm not one of his fanboys, and never have been.  I regret that it became a choice between Trump and that lady whose sister had a house fall on her.  But when the media went full retard against him, that was an indicator (to me) that he wasn't the joke of a candidate that some thought.

Given the foot dragging and idiocy in both houses of congress, I'm pleasantly surprised that this much has been accomplished.
