DoD Night - AR15.COM

How about once a week or whatever we have a Day of Defeat night. Would be a something that is alsways on the same day. Its really fun playing with people from ar15.com. Me, Slasher, Brouhaham, tatjana, and superchiocken just got off the server and it was a BLAST.

So what do you guys think? Should we have a regular event like once a night is dod night or once every two weeks or what ever.

I love that game but i'm currently stuck on dial-up(cable hopefully this month) and the lags been tremendously high. Any improvements where the lag is concerned on this MOD? It seemed like it was DoD only what with TFC and CS having been out longer with more updates.

It's a MOD for the Half Life engine. If you have Team Fortress or Counter strike(i guess) you can download it as an add-on and play WW2 style. Very fun but for me on dial up the lag has been real high, more so than the other two mentioned but they've had more updates having been out longer.

DoD is pretty much all I play now. Every once in awhile I'll log onto a game of TFC or Renegade but never for long.

DoD is a lot of fun, even on my really old computer. I've had such a bad framerate that I can't play much else than machine gunner. In a few days I get new parts though and I hope I can join some of you then.
