Believe it or not, one of the Dixie Chicks (Emily) is my neighbor. I own land in Medina Texas and she lives across a river from me. The locals have had their say about it. They've toilet papered her property and someone was even bold enough to ram her gates with a truck. BTW, I hit one of her dogs in the head with a rock when it came across the river looking for trouble. HA! |

Well Union, when your a public figure you might watch what you say and where/when. I listen to REAL county music and could care less about the Dixie Chics or anyone else who is full of bs. That is my opinion, under free speech. RadicalRight, If you hit either of my dogs in the head with a rock, they would give you trouble [:)] |

Dude she wasn't in the USA when she made that comment! But still I for one back her 100% and my only child(daughter) is a SGT in the army that is in Iraq right now! And one of her favorite groups is the chicks(she could never tell me how much they got tired of hearing Tobby Keith every morning on the loud speaker at revele singing courtesy of the red white and blue) Great song but every morning? I got no problem with the Chicks speaking out just really bad timming! Bob [:D] |
