I don't know about "best" but I'm using Big Blue Host.
9.95 a month. 6GB of storage, 200GB per month transfer, all the tools you could possibly need or want. All I use it for is posting pics, some video and mp3's and then sending links to friends and posting stuff here (that's why I got something with that much monthly bandwidth  ).They had the site up and running about 15 minutes after I signed up on-line. Never a problem in the 5 or months I've used them. |

Have not found a better service with features for the price. I've been with them 6 years, excellent support, always adding more features and not jacking prices up. No Expert |

Doteasy.com Its $25 a year... Just get the 0 dollar web hosting and no other options unless you really need them. 100mb-200mb space 1- 2 gig transfer. Which u wont use unless its a site hosting video or tons of pictures.
