I know I missed a beverage and the pic is not the best. I screwed it up the good pic uploading and lost it somehow. We have fried pork chops, corn bread, mac and cheese. All home made no instant or package crap. I fried the chops and my wife made the sides. |

| We were actually going to make Crab Cakes, but the "canned" crab meat that we tried to use was rotten when we opened it. experation date on the can was not until 2011! Meat was literally rotten it tasted like shrimp that have been setting in a plastic bag in the sun for 2 days, smells. I almost could not get up the gumption to cokk something else. |

No I am not a knife guy. I own a couple of fixed blade buck knives, a couple gerbers I dont know where they are and a fairly cheap folding gerber pocket knife that ride in my pocket everyday. Sorry. |
