I saw some frozen pheasants last time I was at the Korean supermarket and thought about trying one are they good?

Pheasant is very good if you cook it right. Never in an iron skillet as it seems to pick up a metallic taste. These two were fresh killed today by me and my 12 ga.

Well I'm sure those are better than the frozen ones. Pheasant is lean and dark right? I remember reading that it used to be customary to hang the birds to age them, have you tried that?
