Can you imagine how we would all feel, [b]IF[/b] the F-16s [b]HAD[/b] to shoot down this American jetliner, rather than it being crashed heroically by some courageous passengers!
As a nation we might have never recovered from an American pilot [b]having[/b] to shoot down a plane in which his/our own countrymen were flying.
