Did it recognize the battery before or is this unit new to you?
If it is new it is very possible the battery connection is boogered up or the battery was left out completely. If it has worked in the past, either the battery is dead or the connection to the battery is broken. These units come with a 1 year warranty, hopefully it is still within the 1 year or it has an extended warranty plan. |
