We have one that likes to peck on our siding outside right beind our bed's headboard. That's a great way to wake up on a Saturday morning. <bdd-ddd-ddd-ddd-ddd-ddd-ddd> I don't know what I can do with it other than spray it with water, given that we have a "no shooting within X (I think it's 300) feet of a road unless in defense of life" law in GA. I live right up next to the road. |

/me dials florida fish and wildlife  the redheaded woodpeckers are in my backyard all the time fighting for birdseed with all the other birds. right now though the Bob whites are out in force constantly calling to each other. I'm still perfecting my Quail whistle so i can talk to them. and actually had a painted bunting outside this week. he only stayed around for a day though. this is what a painted bunting looks like.

Well my DOG killed a non-protected kind - unless if it would be considered a protected songbird - jury is out. That's my story. My dog might get shot. |
