So she ordered one of her employees to commit a felony for her.
Sounds like something that should be prosecuted.

I'm not certain that it's still considered a crime if it is a person to person sale.  Obviously if the employee had gone and filled out a 4473 and purchased it for the boss it would be a straw purchase, I'm just not certain if that applies to private sales.  It sounds like this was a private sale.

For her to make a big deal out of an organization not wanting to lend a trademarked mascot / logo to an unknown cause is absurd.

Literally any college would have your ass in court if you used their intellectual property without consent. But it's only supposed to matter if it's gun related.

Stupid example from a stupid bitch.

Read the top comment:

"The NRA is a lobbying firm for arms manufacturers whose sole goal is to increase weapons sales for those companies. Period. The fact that they've duped a few million Americans into giving them free money is a reflection of those Americans' gullibility. The NRA ignores the will of its own constituents, most of whom are fine with sensible gun regulation. They are an extremist organization that literally opposes any and all legislation, no matter what it is, always, under all circumstances. The NRA has been the catayst for the flood of guns into the streets of America. If you are a member of the NRA, you are an accomplice to this, and are, by definition, an irresponsible gun owner."

I believe they purchased a rifle at the gun show. But she also purchased an SBR, and an m16? I think that gun collection was fake, and it all had mags, and she put a beretta in her mouth? I'm sure they were all stage guns from movies, finally There is no right to own that eagle, and gangsters aren't stealing and illegally purchasing eagles and murdering people and robbing people with them. That video makes no gd sense. I also hate the nra tho.

This. The fact that an employee was sent to pick it up when neither had to fill out a 4473 doesnt make it illegal.  Maybe a little immoral, but illegal?  No

It depends on where the money came from remember you are allow to buy a firearm for someone as a gift. Did she use her own money if so there's  no problem or did her boss give her the money if so that is a straw purchase.

My FIL has a standing order to buy cheap shotguns and rifles he finds for me for $20-$100 at garage sales in Kansas.

Here's a headline for her - "Fuck Liberals like Us, buying a gun SHOULD Be As Easy As Buying Sudafed! Is she planning on going out and killing a bunch of school children? Or just because she theoretically could with all those *gasp* "assault" rifle guns are we supposed to wet our pants? Why is this "news"?? What if she bought a big rig and insinuated that she could use it to run over a playground full of kids? Or if she had some employee sneak into a hobby shop and buy her a drone that she could strap a molotov cocktail laced bra onto to drop onto Mardi Gras? This isn't news, it's a lazy bitch phoning in a half assed "report" to play on idiot's (read liberal's) fears and create a "story". She would be ashamed of herself, if she had any shame.
