Has anyone ordered from them lately? I ordered an LPK from them a few weeks ago and nothing recieved yet not even a response.

They're backed up a lot. I placed an order in November and it hasn't shipped yet.
From their site: Please allow 8-16 weeks for ALL order processing, depending on when you placed your order. We are making every attempt to fill orders and answer emails as fast as we can. Order volume and phone volume is at an all time high right now and we're doing all we can to process orders as fast as possible. Our phone lines are working, please keep trying.

After a month I canceled, orderd from another vendor, and had it in a few days. I hope they come through for you, it was great dealing with them in the past. |

Delton was a great cut rate company to do business with pre-Obama. Now that there is a rush, small companies with limited staff cannot do a great job with backorders, stocking and the like.
That is the price you pay for saving money through a small company. When stores get caught up, I'll be going back to Del-Ton. Until then I'm looking at better staffed companies, and paying the price. |
