Quoted:
non-muslim It's a little more complicated than that. An infidel is NOT, strictly speaking, any non-Muslim. It is any NON-believer (atheists, etc). Hell even non-jihadi Muslims recognize that Jews, Christians and Muslims worship the same God. The Koran speaks of the same prophets as the Bible and the Torah. Only diff is that Mohammed came along and royally f-ed it up. Visit www.thereligionofpeace.com for an incrediblely comprehensive discussion of Islam, its roots and its Actual teachings (including the little book authored by Mohammed that is so often twisted by jihadis to justify killing anyone they please!) |

An infidel is a "unbeliever" or someone who doesn't believe in God. Mainstream (and I don't mean radical islam) islam looks at Christians and Jews as believers.
Now as far as I'm concerned, I like to think that an infidel is a non-muslim, and by that definition I'm proud to call myself "كافر" |
