It's fucking annoying. I chipped it on Thursday and apparently I now have to get a root canal and crown done sometime this week. Anyways, my tongue is freaking rubbing against the jagged surfaces and its starting to get raw. On top of that, I got an exposed nerve in the tooth and whenever I get something in the tooth, like for example, peanuts like I'm eating now, I get a jolt of pain that almost makes me fall out of my chair and roll on the ground. Gah, I just want to grab a pair of pliers and pull that damn tooth out now. First thing in the morning I'm gonna call the dentist and schedule a damn appointment to get this over with.

hAHAHA, I had the same thread a while back. Was a wisdom tooth. Had me chewing cloth to stop the hurting. Just get the mother pulled. Unless its in the front of your mouth. I have had a root canal and the cap is annoying as all hell. In a few more years we will be able to grow new teeth any how.

I'm actually considering that, because its my rear-most molar and it would be a helluva lot cheaper than having a RC and crown done. That, and the root canal /crown would max out my dental insurance for the year.

It's alot easier as well. Not any pain what so ever. Even after my face was no longer numb, In 3 days I was eating normal and so on. Just made sure nothing went on the side for about a week. Mine cost $180 and I got to watch tv while it was being done. It was kind of nice. I got to be lazy for about an hour and just relax.
