Nope. But then, if you don't carry a balance on credit cards, or better still, don't use them, what does an interest rate change matter?

I paid mine off several years ago; basking in the glory of not having any credit card debt.

Then I did a credit report just for fun, and found out that several lines of past due credit had been opened up by some filthy rotten scoundrels. 10k or so.
