I listed one of my horses on Craigslist and it got flagged and removed this weekend.

I got the email saying it was flagged.

I clicked on the link and it was not my ad for my horse (John Deere tractor)...odd.

So i go to my email and go to the link that I have to edit/remove and it is the same ad as the one removed (John Deere tractor)

How did someone attach their ad to mine?

My horse ad is gone...like non-existent.

I tried to contact the person selling the tractor but they don't have phone number, only a link to contact.

Anyone have any similar experience?

I think this is the same guy.

The removed link is probably a spam site.

Why would the tractor ad get flagged? There is a link in there and it probably goes to a scam site. I bet you don't use a secure password and they replaced your ad with theirs.

Yup, that's a spam ad if I ever seen one.

Did you link the ad from your craigslist account or from the email he sent you?

You may also want to look at it, as some of the scams run .exe files to install spyware.

I have sold and bought a ton on Craigslist. My rule is if it doesn't have a phone number it is a scam, email is almost worthless through Craigslist.

This.  No price and I flag them too.
