Is it just me or is it hard to imagine V Putin having to worry about being sued by a freakin dolphin. Dolhin tuna is the best though.

Think about what this means. There are people in our country who would rather give our enemies the ability to get nuclear weapons within striking distance of our country, just so that some animals who belong on my dinner plate won't be disturbed.

A three-judge panel of the U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco, widely considered one of the most liberal and activist in the country, said it saw no reason why animals should not be allowed to sue but said they had not yet been granted that right.

Holy shit! I knew they were crazy, but SHIT! I need to get the hell out of this state, like yesterday.

Anybody hiring Network Engineers in a free state?

Yup, got 2 jobs listed here (Saks, Inc.) ... one is around 45k, the other is around 80k .... MUCH cheaper to live here also.
