I wonder if they're the same thing as the Tannerite targets? It certainly wouldn't be too difficult to make those.

They are probably gonna tell you to get 2 ingredients from tannerite inc. and build them yourself, thank you for the $20.

Not sure what those others are... so I can't tell you if they're the same or not. I do know for a fact there are more than two ingredients to these. I know the guy who ownes the site.. I did not put it on here to help him make money,, I have not posted the link on any other web sites... I just think they're freaking cool,, wanted to share..... could care less if you buy the info or not. I also know the owner has only posted his link on 3 lists.
