I've had a Florida conceal carry permit for about two years now. It says its a concealed weapon and firearm permit. Now here's my question, I know its probably been beaten to death but, whats the limit on what type of firearm? And how many? Is a SBR ok, as long as its concealed? Just wondering.

Or conctact the AG for the state in question. I've done this a couple times w/ excellent and fast responses. I have on hand formal letters from the AG's of a couple states confirming that they indeed honor non-resident permits from certain other states. A good CYA while on the road. Keep your question simple. They may not answer to "is brand X, model Y, in xyz caliber ok?" But they will answer "are SBRs (an NFA item) legal to carry, and if not please cite what is." rvb |
