As of a couple months ago when I try to save a picture onto my computer is saves as "untitled" .bmp file. Before when I right clicked save picture as it was always as a jpg file. Win 7 64 bit. Is there something im missing somewhere? Im googling right now but not having much luck. ive done numerous virus searches and nothing comes up either.

The picture you were saving was in bitmap format (.bmp).

Previous picture you have saved were in Joint Photographic Experts Group format (.jpg).

You might also find pictures in Grapics Interchange Format (.gif).

Isn't there a 'save as' option?  I still use XP and I'm not familiar with win7.

I've seen that happen occasionally when the image or page isn't fully downloaded with IE.
