No it used to be normal till i reset the hard drive.

The hard drive is probably set to Slow.  You need to reset it again to Medium or Fast.

I hate when that happens. The 0's can get through, but the 1's get stuck.



Seriously though, it sounds like there's a screw loose between the keyboard and chair. Those of us in the business call this a PEBKAC error.

If you open both the hot and cold valves of the internet most of the time you'll get more internet pressure.
Just make sure that no one is flushing the toilet while you are using the internet as this will cause a large and rapid decrease in internet pressure.

Fixed it, the firewall was way to secure and holding the windows for a second.
