I have been digging around looking for a good program to track computer usage.  I am looking for something that mainly tracks internet sites, but extras like time spent, programs run, or a keylogger are ok.

It does not need to be accessed over a network or remotely.  The program will be accessed from the PC it is install on.

It must be stealth.  User is not too savvy, so as long as it is hidden from the start menu and the sys tray, it should be GTG.

I would prefer free, but that is not a deal breaker by any means.  I just want something that works and is safe.

Anyone have any thoughts?

Thanks.

This is good, but doesn't come cheap. If you just want to track your kid, use something like in the above post. But if you're afraid your spouse is cheating on you, use something like the program I've linked, logs come in handy in court proceedings.

If you've got a spare pc laying around (it can be somewhat obsolete by today's workstation standards) and can throw 2 network cards in it, you can run a linux firewall distro that will get you all the logging and filtering you could want.
pfsense is one option.
