Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Computer Virus scan issues, please help

We have McAfee virus scan installed on our PC and evertime log on the competer (windows XP) something disables itself in the Security center, I have to go in and turn it back on. Any suggestions on how to fix this problem? Anyone with any similar issues with the same product? Thanks guys

Run msconfig and make sure the McAfee items are checked in the startup tab.
