My Norton Protected Recycle bin continues to generate a deleted file named uttss.ini2. File type is INI2 file and is being deleted b explorer. If check my recycle bin every few hours I get about 1200 of these files being deleted. I found this file in System32 and tried to delete it and then wipe it with Norton wipe, but it keeps bouncing right back. WTF! I do have a problem of a popup telling me I need to buy a virus software. Any suggestions, quick fixes? |
