I need just a desktop. Can one of you recommend something in the $200.00 to $300.00 range on Newegg. The refurbished ones are reasonably priced, they worth taking a chance on? I need it for Microsoft Office and surfing the web, no gaming.
I know that's not much budget, I could go a little higher if needed. I have no clue what to look for in computer these days, except Windows 7 from reading here. Thanks |

Not sure why your copy of Office won't load. If you need that type of software, but don't want to spend the money on a current version look at Libre Office. It's a free software package that offers most of the functionality of Microsoft Office (word processor, spreadsheet, powerpoint, etc) and is compatible with MS Office files. |
