Try a different keyboard.  You may just need a new one.

Try rebooting.  Windows sometimes gets confused.

If this doesn't work, plug in a USB keyboard and try that.

If that doesn't work, I'd suspect virus.

Hmm laptop eh?  What is the make and model?  I can look up the key layout.  Looking for the keys to do more than one function.  It's a long shot because I don't know of any laptop that uses the arrow and bksp keys as multi use buttons,  but stranger things have happened.

Keyboards go out.  It happens.

Look on epray and buy a new keyboard for your laptop.

Look, via google, and find disassembly instructions for your computer.

Install new keyboard.

Voila!

It works!

Someone I worked with had this happen.  Does it make any difference which site you are viewing?  Try just one site at a time and see if you can isolate it.  Rebooting sounds like good advice.

I think it's a browser or other softwate glitch.  The guys also would sometimes have his cut/copy/paste functions disabled, but could get around that by useing them in Notepad, then going back to the site where he needed to use them.

It doesn't matter which program i use the arrow keys, two, and three, and backspace buttons wont work at all. I have a final project I'm working on for college and its taking forever w/ the messed up keyboard. I wont havea new laptop for 4wks or so.

Well I looked on google.  Your arrow keys seem to double for volume keys, but your bksp and 3 key don't.  It's either windows being stupid and may need to be reloaded or the keyboard is dying.  Another possibility is that the ribbon cable that attaches the keyboard to the mother board is coming loose.  Have your family nerd look at it for you.
