Ok, so a little while ago we tried to change her background via the display menu options. The one through either right clicking the desktop and going to properties, or through control panel. An there were no tabs.
After messing around with it a lot, and looking online, I've found the problem to be that the tabs are so small that you can't see them. I've verified this by randomly clicking the top portion of the menu and changing tabs, but it's by luck that you hit a tab. I disabled the registry setting that allows changes to the display theme, and that makes the background tab come up first. This fixes the problem temporarily but I'd really like to fix it permanently. Thanks in advance for any help!

| Try this reg fix first, and if that doesn't cure it, try this one. You may need to reboot to get functionality, but they work . |
