Computer Help!!!! > General Discussion

Ok, first off i am posting from my cousins computer as mine has crapped out.

I cannot get it to connect to the internet. the connection has been workingup until a day or so ago.

I have windows xp. the modem and all of the corrections are correct as I can connect my cousins computer to the moden and it works fine.

it is almost like my computer is not recognizining that it is connected to the the ethernet cable. when I look in the connections tab in windows, it says that I am connected.

Try disabling and reinabling the connection.

Did you try to reset your modem? thats usaully the first thing to try.
