Install any new hardware recently or update drivers?

If I cant solve the problem with new drivers, checking all hardware, then running anti virus as well as adaware....

....then its time for a OS reinstall. Save all your documents.

Nuke it from Install CD, it's the only way to be sure.

Try spybot and adaware. It sounds like spyware.

Stay away from porn share or free porn

If you can boot a live CD or use restore you could potentially fix it but there is no telling what exactly the malware changed.
