I'm looking to get one that has an upper receiver model 6920 and a lower receiver model 6520. What do these numbers mean and is this a good AR.

6920 -  Flat top, 16" M4-profile barrel, 1:7 twist.

6520 - A2 Govt. Model Carbine with 16" pencil barrel, 1:7 twist.

Sounds like someone did a mix-and-match.  Should be functionally equivalent to a factory 6920.

The lowers are the same.

You're basically looking at a 6920 rifle.
