My guess would be yes.

Given the relative low vehicle weight (the small saplings that were holding it up were just that, pretty small) and the size of the screws tell me that this was designed for amphibious operations as the screws would be much more useful in water then tracks and small props as are used for the most part today.

But, get that thing in rocks and on pavement, and it's done.

I'll bet it's easier than changing a track...

Unbolt bearing assembly, grease drive gear, bolt on new bearing assembly.

I doubt it after that cylinder has taken a few rounds to it. You'll be fighting with those two, now fused together, tubes.
