Here is a review of election results by NBC's Chuck Todd on The Today Show this morning, where he pointed out Republicans are "back in the win column after three years of losing." He also said Chris Christie won in New Jersey despite the fact President Obama "put his prestige on the line" there. He showed graphics from both New Jersey and Virginia that indicate the Republicans carried Independents in both states by significant margin, what he called a "worrisome sign" for Democrats.

If they keep trying to push through a health care bill there will be a real housecleaning next Fall.

I think regardless of whether the whole healthcare thing goes through or not will not matter. The Dems came in power (House and Senate) about 4 years ago, making all these claims about how they'd "fix" Washington, and all they've done is make things worse, 10 fold. Factor that with Obama being elected on "change" and all this douchebag has done is make things far worse than they were, and his manifesto will literally bankrupt our country, at the very least, and quite possibly open us up to another 9/11 attack. People have taken notice that politicians in general are pretty much all douchebags, but that Demotards are the worst of the bunch, hollow promises, and making our country weaker, both financially and in regards to national defense.

Obama came here to Jersey 3 times supporting that a-hole Corzine. Now keep in mind Obama ran for office with the creed of "hope and change" right?
So now even a blind man can see he was totally full of crap when you consider the fact that he was supporting the incumbent who's campaign revolved around keeping the status quo (as though Jersey is some sort of  Democratic paradise...). Good Lord...Cut me a freaking break.
It felt SOOO good to vote that bastard out last night guys. Like taking a huge dump after being constipated for a week :)

A more accurate characterization would be to say that he put the Obama albatross around his neck.

This seems to be a trend.  O puts his prestige on the line for the Olympics....victory for Brasil.  O puts his presige on the line for Dem candidates...great victory for the Repubs.

Sounds like Obama needs to get some Brasso and polish his halo.  Starting to look a little tarnished lately.
