He was living in the wild and needed a haircut. It took the champ and 4 other shearers most of a day to get the job done.  The added weight has apparently damaged Chris' hooves.  The pink stuff on naked Chris is just antiseptic.

I was thinking that too. His wool would be like armor.

I'm surprised he was on his own without the Shepard catching him for so long.
