I was about twice that far from a Delta Launch from the Cape at 35k.

ETA-That almost looked like either a media junket flight or a instrumentation flight...you heard the cameras going off the whole time.

Sorry I wasn't more clear I meant if I was on a regular flight and that popped up through cloud cover I'd think it was a SAM for sure..till it continued on it's merry way.
