I know sometimes arf razzes our buddies in the UK for all the gun laws they have. Personally, I don't for the simple matter that I realize we have a large % of our population that want the same laws here. But since I have some UK lineage, I can maybe scoff a little.
Chilling Array of Weapons If we ever get some real strong gun bans here, similar to the UK, the above article will easily be printed here by the NYT or Chicago Tribune a few years later. |

I wouldnt call it a large percent of our populaton who wants to live in a society under the boot of the government. Obviously there are a few who do all that they can to bring this into reality. The simple fact is America needs to wake up and realize it is society itself that is breeding these young people to become mass murderers due to all the liberal "progress" of the last few decades. From reading all the posts I see on yahoo and other media, it seems that most amercans are not blaming guns even in the slightest, but rather the training of our young people to belive it is perfectly acceptable to murder whomever they choose, and the media glorifying them with national fame for doing so. Now that 6 year olds have been slaughtered all the psychotic kids are coming out of the woodwork, brazen by the fact that someone else did the same thing. They know that no matter how bad of a crime they commit, its just the norm now. And so, they do! The same liberals who want to strip us of our rights are to blame for leading our country to this point and the only way to survive this is to get rid of the liberals and their big government and their ideals. Many other murders have occurred in the past few weeks but the ones we hear about are the ones involving "assault rifles" by these same kids I mentioned before. This is to push an agenda by the liberals, and it is backfiring in that it is advertising to other young people with the same ideas that now is their time for fame and they will continue until society has had enough. Taking away "assault rifles" will most definitely not reduce violent crime. This is admitted openly by nearly every proponent of bans! Its a 'feel good' solution based in lies and with a sinister endpoint in the future when our children no longer have any guns or rights at all! Take a stand NOW! |

Somebody explained in another thread that you make that bat with nails in it by driving the nail into the bat, cutting the had off the nail and sharpening what would normally be the end you hammered. For some reason I always wondered how you made those. Lots of kitchen knives in that array of horror. My "bag o' knives" is much more chilling

Of course nobody will say 'I want the govt boot on my neck". But when you vote for those that do "boot you", and when you beg for govt to tuck you in safely every night, same thing. Being from Chicago, many nice people are terrified of guns and want to make sure nobody has anything but hunting guns. |
