Sorry, can't do quotes on my phone. Unreal, it really is a mental disorder. |
Maybe they should edit out the guns and replace them with walki-talkies...
Still love how they think a simple sign makes everyone safer. May as well call the school a murder free zone and be done with it.
Got damn, liberals are 10 times dumber than a box of rocks! Fucking idiots!
Maybe they should just put that sochi hotel toilet sign on the school door. I'm sure everyone would understand that that means no firearms permitted.
So, wait. It's racist to put out an alert for a black person and describe him as "black" and now it's too frightening to have a picture of a gun when you're showing people what they aren't allowed to have. So, if there's a school shooting there, should alerts go out to respond to reports of a "humanoid entity with an object"?

May if the sticker says "No Guns" all will be good since none of them can read.

Yep, those stickers will definitely do the trick.
Only if Sandy Hook would have had stickers up on the school doors. I'm sure the asshole would have just turned around and went right back home. |
Holy shit. Their defense to a shooter is a sticker, but a sticker with a silhouette of a gun is too intense. So essentially they want a more mild sticker as their front line defuse against a school shooting.

What symbol would they choose for a gun other than the image of a gun?

“I would have appreciated something more subtle, yet still recognizable — a logo, perhaps, not a gun."

While it is mildly amusing it is also reflective of the education industry's approach.
Fucking retards with masters degrees. |

Yo, dawg ... I heard you liked no guns on your no guns stickers http://www.volleywood.net/wp-content/uploads/2011/10/no-guns-480.gif View Quote You are assuming those students can citizens can read. |

I actually laughed out loud at my desk. The stupidity seriously hurts my brain!
Well why not? If you're 'afeared of an inanimate object, why not all inanimate objects?
I like the silhouettes because I always like to think they're being incredibly specific on the type of gun they don't allow. One store in town has an X'd out silhouette of a Beretta M9/92 so I assume carrying my P229 isn't a problem.
There should be a campaign to constantly bombard their e-mail with gun pics.

The real question here is : does the posting of an image of a gun within a "no guns" sticker violate the school's zero-tolerance policy against images of guns? I propose that the school administrators all expel themselves immediately, for the good of children.

"Nolan said. “I have no knowledge of guns ever being in this building,” she said of her 22 years with the school district."
Guess she wasn't watching very carefully. |

That "No Smoking" symbol must send the message that students are inside puffing on gigs all day.

What is her opinion of the "Gun free, Drug free" school zone signs?

For the uninitiated: http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/9/96/ET1982.jpg The people going back and "photoshopping" old movies need to be punched in the nuts. Color correction, noise removal, remastered sound...all fine pursuits, but actually switching out characters, scenes and props? |

These stickers, silhouette of a Beretta 92 with a red circle and diagonal red line, are all over Illinois lately, hospitals, schools, private businesses. I believe it is part of the new CCW law. There are so many prohibited places, with signs....it would be much easier to list allowed CCW areas than to list prohibited ones.
Scary. |

A young cowboy named Billy Joe grew restless on the farm
A boy filled with wonderlust who really meant no harm He changed his clothes and shined his boots And combed his dark hair down And his mother cried as he walked out [Chorus] Don't take your stickers to town son Leave your stickers at home Bill Don't take your stickers to town He laughed and kissed his mom And said your Billy Joe's a man I can sticker as quick and straight as anybody can But I wouldn't sticker without a cause I'd gun nobody down But she cried again as he rode away [Chorus] Don't take your stickers to town son Leave your stickers at home Bill Don't take your stickers to town He sang a song as on he rode His stickers hung at his hips He rode into a cattle town A smile upon his lips He stopped and walked into a bar And laid his money down But his mother's words echoed again [Chorus] Don't take your stickers to town son Leave your stickers at home Bill Don't take your stickers to town He drank his first strong liquor then to calm his shaking hand And tried to tell himself he had become a man A dusty cowpoke at his side began to laugh him down And he heard again his mothers words [Chorus] Don't take your stickers to town son Leave your stickers at home Bill Don't take your stickers to town Filled with rage then Billy Joe reached for his sticker to draw But the stranger drew his sticker and stuck Before he even saw As Billy Joe fell to the floor The crowd all gathered 'round And wondered at his final words [Chorus] Don't take your stickers to town son Leave your stickers at home Bill Don't take your stickers to town |
