in firefox, Bookmarks -> Manage bookmarks which brings up Bookmark manager
from Bookmark manger File-> export

then attach the exported file, a html file as an email attachment.

Detach and from command prompt or from the browswer open the file and bingo!

open internet explorer, open the file menu (upper left corner) click "import/export",  click "next", select "export favorites" choose which folders to export, click next, browse for a folder to save it in. transfer onto disk/flashdrive/removable media of your choice.

repeat on different computer, but select import, and you should be set.

this is probably the hard way to do it...

go to "my computer" and double click.

go to your c: and double click.

go to "documents and settings" and double click.

go to whatever your listed on there as "administrator" "user" "owner" something like that and double click.

right click on "favorites" and make a .zip file.

open up an email to yourself and go to "insert file"

go through the same mumbo jumbo as above and when you find the .zip file double click on it and it should show up on the email as an attachment.

send to self.

I'm having a problem now getting the whole thing recived in my G-mail acct.
only some of the files go through.
