Quoted: The Neon-based SRT4s are better. They handle better, and they're actually faster than the Caliber SRT4s because the Caliber weighs a lot more. The Caliber-based SRT4s also don't have an LSD, so the torque steer is ridiculous. View Quote My cousin had a molded srt4 that was legit fast even by today's standards. |

Looks like D2 coilovers. From what I can tell, the body of the strut is threaded to adjust ride height with two jam nuts locking the body in place. Either that car's owner believes "stance is life, bro" or the jam nuts loosened up and the car lowered itself over time |

If he ran jrs at the Grove, I probably sold his tech card dozens of times. Quoted: If you can get to them without an odd angle they aren't bad but usually it's rotated away from the top and the gap on your channel locks required to compress them is huge compared to fully clamped. If they come off the hose they can be a real bitch. View Quote You can get nicer ones. This is just the first one that came up on Amazon. I use regular slip joint pliers most of the time though. When I was single and bought my first house at one point my Camaro was in the garage on jack stands, the suspension was in the utility room, interior in the living room, trans was in TX and I built the engine in the dining room. I couldn't fit the engine out of the sliding doors (because I had the headers on) so I put in French doors so I could wheel the engine out of the dining room, around the house and back into the garage.
When I got married my wife said "I LOVE the French doors". I said "funny story about that..." |
