That is, using PC's, especially laptops, more and more as not something to cruise the Net or play games or write papers or even program, but just use them as controllers for things with USB's to plug in. Is your life going that way?
Mine, not yet.................................but it is a possibility. As I was looking for a video capture USB today, looks like I am going have to order it, I came across refurbished laptops. That might not be a bad solution it occurred to me. For about $170, I could pick one up and just permanently assign it a TV or LP station to process data for some hard drive. Pick up more as time moved on. Assuming, of course, that the things do what they are suppose to do for a few years. Right now, it is just a thought, but given the many components that the applications of my life produce, finding less expensive approaches to sections is preferable. _____________________________________________________________________________________________________________ ("How can we believe a man who would sell out his friends?"––Chief of CONTROL "Dumkopf!
