First off, if that idiot would have complied he wouldn't have gotten zapped.

And second off, the Taser doesn't hurt that bad. It doesn't feel that great, but its not that bad. He kept saying ow after it was off. Complete drama queen.

Most departments' use of force policy dictates that you will deploy the Taser before getting into a physical situation. He did not comply therefore ol' Sparky comes out to play.

I voted yes obviously.

Watched the video. One guy alone was able to control and move up the isle with the student. Then there are 6 of them on top of him on the ground. Then they tase him. Bad move.
